Waiting Time: I think from all my office visits I have never waited more than 1 minute in the waiting room, to be taken to a room. In addition when you are in the examination room, I have never waited more than 2 minutes for the Doctor to come in and examine me.

The Best Surgeon in SWFL

Dr. Baccaro is the best plastic surgeon in SWFL. He listens to what you want, and executes to achieve your goal. He makes you feel comfortable. He and his staff truly care for you from the start until the finish. I couldn’t feel the injections for the botox, and it was a perfect end product. If I have any other issues that he can address, I will come to him without hesitation.

When I began my search, I was specifically looking for a surgeon skilled in implant exchange with smaller implants and a breast lift to complement my 5’1″ frame. Before meeting Dr. Baccarro, I consulted with another plastic surgeon who was candid about his hesitations, especially concerning promises on nipple placement. He felt the procedure wasn’t within his comfort zone. While I appreciated his honesty, I was left feeling uncertain.

I did a lot of research before I consulted with Dr. Baccarro. From our very first meeting, I felt confident he could meet my expectations, and, to my delight, he exceeded them! I am thrilled I have the results that I envisioned and hoped for.

First off, let me start by saying that my entire experience has been amazing at Naples Plastic Surgery. From the office staff, to the operative staff and even post op, I have been treated like top priority. Dr. Baccaro is an absolutely amazing surgeon. He did a repair on a previous breast augmentation for me. We ended up taking out my implants and doing a lift and reduction, and just let me say.. the results are perfection. I’ve never felt better. Very Attentive

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Baccaro from my consultation through my last post-op appointment. I had a left breast reduction to match my right breast. My right breast was smaller and higher due to radiation treatment I had in 2020. I feel so much better now that they are matching. He was very attentive and didn’t give me false expectations. I just had breast implant removal with reduction and reconstruction performed by Dr. Baccaro and if I could give him and his staff a 6 stars I would, my whole experience was wonderful considering we are in a pandemic, Dr. Baccaro made sure the pain process was as tolerable as possible, went out of his way to follow up every step after surgery even over the weekend. All I can say about Dr. Baccarro is that he is an artist! I am so pleased with my results. He has been wonderful from start to finish. I had a very good experience with Dr. Baccaro. Recently, I had a breast reduction by Dr. Baccaro. I am incredibly pleased with both the results and with Dr. Baccaro. The office is very clean and the staff is responsive and helpful. And here is the best part, all your questions get answered. I had questions and more questions at each visit. Every time, Dr. Baccaro would not leave until he was sure that I understand exactly what was or would be happening, and that all my questions were answered. This doctor and his practice work very hard to make sure that the patient has all the information in order to make decisions and to understand. The surgery itself was also well done – I look as if I had always been this size.

Dr Baccaro is a gifted surgeon, with remarkable, state of the art, skills to perform complex surgery.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I opted to go for a full bilateral mastectomy combined with reconstruction. I chose Dr. Baccaro not only because he was referred as the reconstruction subject matter expert in Florida, but because paired with Lisa, his nurse, and Amy, they demonstrated a genuine compassion and took the time to understand my situation with all emotions I was going thru. My nurse was amazing, and not just her accent.She made me feel at ease and was very professional, courteous, and kind at the same time. I felt like she was a friend for me during the whole process. One appointment was her day off and the office didn’t feel the same without her. I will be forever grateful that she showed warmth and kindness in a time when I was at my most vulnerable. My doctor is my age, that worried me for a second. However he was very kind and professional and straight to the point, which is what I wanted in a doctor. I met with Dr. Baccaro after a breast cancer diagnosis. At first, my visit was nothing more than a standard second opinion, as I had scheduled my surgery with another physician and was simply doing my due diligence by securing another opinion – until I met him. Visiting his office was a game changer for sure. After meeting with him, I had no doubt he was the physician for me. Being faced with a cancer diagnosis, having to undergo a bilateral mastectomy, months of chemo, reconstruction, and a lot of uncertainty; it was all exceptionally overwhelming for me. From the day I met him, Dr. Baccaro has treated me in a way that I feel his care for me. He’s so kind and compassionate, exceptionally bright and talented, and has carefully guided me each step of the way.

I recently underwent my reconstruction surgery with Dr. Baccaro and am so happy with my results. My mastectomy/reconstruction looks more like an augmentation, its remarkable. Fabulous Job

Dr. Baccaro did my breast reduction in Dec 2018 and did a fabulous job. I turn 60 this year and have thought about having a reduction for 40 years! Life Changing!

8 weeks ago, I had breast reduction surgery by Dr. Baccarro. He is a talented surgeon and is going to be very well known in Naples before you know it! My breasts were large, heavy, my shoulders had indents, my neck hurt, my back…etc. I’m a new person and I look fantastic! He did a fantastic job! Mild pain, short recovery. Dr. Baccarro and his staff are wonderful and so is Gardner Plastic Surgery! Dr. Baccaro was my surgeon for my breast reduction surgery and it went wonderful. Dr. Baccaro was with me every step of the way. Answering every question I had and made me feel so comfortable with my surgery. After the surgery he was there to make sure that I was feeling ok and to make sure that I knew I could call him anytime, even gave me his cell number, if I needed anything. Also, the staff at Gardner Plastic Surgery were very nice and helpful. If are thinking of getting a breast reduction I would tell you to go for it and make sure to contact Dr. Barccaro.

Very Detail Oriented

Just like any other profession, physicians know who the best “other physicians” are in town, so I knew that Gardner Plastic Surgery was the place I wanted to go to have my broken nose fixed. When I met with Dr. Leopoldo Baccaro during the complimentary consultation, it was very clear that he was the right person for the job. He is so personable and kind, yet professional and very detail oriented in his plan for my broken nose.

The day of the surgery I was unexpectedly super nervous . . . but they purposefully take care of one patient at a time and I had all of these amazing, professional people to myself throughout the whole experience. . . . Dr. Baccaro is very well trained, passionate about what he does, and cuts no corners.
