Meet the Team at Naples Plastic Surgery

Brittany, a Naples native, has been serving plastic surgery patients at Naples Plastic Surgery since 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Advertising from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. Brittany absolutely loves her job and the patients she gets to work with. Under the leadership of Dr. Gardner, Dr. Baccaro, Dr. Walsh, and Dr. Bonett, Brittany and the entire team strive to provide each patient with quality medical care in a friendly and comforting environment at the beautifully appointed plastic surgery practice of Naples Plastic Surgery.

Outside of work, Brittany is a dedicated kitten foster with multiple local foundations, helping provide care and homes for neonatal kittens in need. She and her husband have two daughters who keep them busy with their involvement in competitive dance and Irish dancing.

Lisa moved to Naples in 2009 from Sheffield, England. She completed her medical training at Derby School of Nursing in England. Prior to joining Naples Plastic Surgery, Lisa managed a busy medical ward in a large teaching hospital in England for more than 19 years. She feels fortunate to have made the move to the beautiful city of Naples and absolutely loves working at Naples Plastic Surgery. Lisa is happily married and has two children.

Andrea brings her absolute commitment to the office, holds the highest regard for her patients, and is a perfectionist. Her favorite thing about working for Naples Plastic Surgery is seeing the incredible transformations patients experience. She also appreciates the attention to detail our surgeons and their staff exhibit.

Krystl is originally from Stamford, Connecticut and has almost 15 years of experience as a Surgical Technician. She studied at High Tech North Surgical Technology and her favorite thing about working at Naples Plastic Surgery is seeing the gratifying results that patients receive with our surgeons. She enjoys seeing clients coming into the practice happy, and leaving even happier.

Vesna was born in Heidelberg, Germany, and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She graduated from the University of Miami, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Vesna had a strong desire to enter the medical field after graduating, so she decided to further her career and become an anesthetist. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Barry University. Vesna then moved to Naples in 2002 to pursue her Master’s degree in Anesthesia from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Over the past 10 years, she has worked with Wolford College’s nurse anesthetist program, teaching anesthesia students in the clinical setting at Naples Community Hospital and Naples Day Surgery. Vesna has over 15 years of both inpatient and outpatient anesthesia experience in pediatrics, general surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery and plastic surgery. She and her partners use deep intravenous sedation and regional anesthesia techniques to minimize risks and lower the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting.

Jocelyn is originally from Stamford, Connecticut, and has spent most of her life in Southwest Florida. She brings over a decade of experience in the medical field, with a strong background in patient care and working closely alongside physicians as a medical scribe and assistant. Although she initially joined Naples Plastic Surgery as a front desk receptionist, Jocelyn’s passion for clinical work led her to transition into a full-time role as a clinical medical assistant. She is dedicated to growing within the field of plastic surgery while continuing to advance her education and skills as she pursues a career in nursing. Outside of work, Jocelyn is happily married to her childhood sweetheart and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Eileen is a skilled recovery room nurse with a diverse clinical background in ICU, ED, PACU, and home health. She is originally from Kansas City and  earned her BSN from Creighton University and moved to Naples in 2001 where she and her husband raised their 3 children.  Eileen is committed to providing a seamless, comfortable recovery experience with the highest level of care. 

Jessica is a Naples native and has been in the healthcare field for over 12 years. She studied Health Information Management at Hodges University. Jessica has much compassion for patients and takes great pride in making sure each patient has a positive experience in the office from start to finish. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, boating, and reading.

Beth is from the New York City area and graduated with her BSN from NYU. Her experience in nursing over the past 24 years has included open heart ICU, vascular surgery, ER, recovery and plastic surgery. Beth and her family moved to Naples in 2009 and in her free time enjoys spending time with her 4 children, playing sports and traveling. Her favorite part about working at NPS is the teamwork dynamic of the staff and seeing how happy the patients are post procedure.

Ivy is a cosmetic and reconstruction surgery specialist with more than a decade of clinical and administrative experience in the field. Her upbeat personality, smiling face, and compassionate nature show patients that they are in capable hands. Ivy is dedicated to ensuring that every patient experience is phenomenal, whether she is booking an appointment, answering a question, or helping a patient schedule surgery. She is also a sales and marketing specialist who enjoys spending time with her family.

Zoey moved to SWFL in 2019 from Newburgh, New York. Zoey is a dedicated professional with 4 years of experience as a pathology data specialist. She has a genuine passion for patient care and always maintains a positive attitude. Zoey enjoys her role at Naples Plastic Surgery, where she warmly greets patients, handles check-ins, and goes above and beyond to ensure patients comfort in the office. With her exceptional customer service skills, Zoey creates a welcoming environment for everyone she encounters.

Janette is a proud Florida native with a passion for all things outdoors!  Her diverse experience in nursing over the past 16 years includes Emergency Room/ Trauma, Open Heart ICU, Post Anesthesia Recovery, and Plastic Surgery.  Always striving to bring high, positive energy to all her patients at NPS, her favorite part is the interactions with them and getting to see results that help in both their appearance and their self-esteem. When not fishing on her competitive fishing team, she enjoys traveling and boating with her devoted husband and their two active children. 

Maricet is a dedicated medical assistant and phlebotomist with 8 years of experience. She got a BLS certification from Hodges University and is all about caring for patients and providing top-notch service in our office. She’s also a proud mom of two beautiful daughters, happily married, and has a furry friend too. Maricet believes that compassion is key and treating each person with the utmost respect will allow her to provide patients with the best experience.

Olivia knows firsthand what level of care and service our doctors expect post-surgery. We recommend 24 hours of immediate post-operative care. This will include a pre-surgery meeting or phone call and access to Olivia for any questions after this 24-hour period. Besides helping with your immediate recovery needs, she is happy to help with light meal prep and tidying up.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Daniella moved to Naples at a young age and grew up in the area. She graduated from Lorenzo Walker Technical College with a certification in Surgical Technology in 2024. Daniella is proud to be a part of the team at Naples plastic surgery, where she loves seeing patients through their transformative journeys. Outside of work, Daniella enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and trying new foods.

Born and raised in Chicago, Alexis embraced a move to Naples in pursuit of sunshine, growth, and excellence in aesthetic medicine. She earned her nursing degree from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame and broadened her clinical perspective through an international rotation in Uganda before beginning her career in critical care as an ICU nurse. Her passion for aesthetics, fueled and inspired by a family deeply rooted in aesthetic medicine, eventually led her here, to Naples Plastic Surgery. With over five years of experience in nursing, plastic surgery and peri‑operative care, Alexis is known for her precision, warmth, and dedication to patient safety, experience, and satisfaction. Her experience spans a broad range of cosmetic procedures with knowledge in laser treatments, aesthetic injections, sterile technique, and surgical support. Her goal is as straightforward as it is meaningful, with a focus on natural, confidence‑enhancing results to help every patient look and feel like the most confident version of themselves. When she’s not in the treatment or operating room, you’ll find Alexis traveling, rollerblading, or spending quality time with her family.

Melissa is a dedicated Patient Concierge at Naples Plastic Surgery, where she plays an important role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient. With a strong background in customer service and administration, she assists patients with scheduling, consultations, and guiding them through each step of their visit. Melissa is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident from their very first interaction with the practice. Known for her friendly approach and attention to detail, she strives to ensure every patient feels cared for and supported. Originally from Colombia and bilingual in English and Spanish, Melissa enjoys connecting with a diverse range of patients and providing personalized assistance to meet their needs.
