Dr Baccaro and his team went above and beyond for my breast augmentation surgery. From the consultation to every single post op appointment they were beyond helpful and kind.
I had my implants for 10 years and had significant loss in volume and was afraid I needed a lift but Dr Baccaro was able to give me the perfect new pair without a lift and I am beyond happy with the results. Besides that he also fixed my visible scarring that were left behind from the previous surgeon.

I am very happy with my experience with Naples plastic surgery and will definitely use them again in the future! I had breast implants that were 34 years old and I had them replaced by Dr Walsh. Believe it or not even after all that time one of the implants was still fully intact when he took it out, the other one had begun to show signs of gumminess from age. Everyone from the office staff, to the doctor himself were very pleasant to work with and overall was a great experience here.

Dr. Baccaro is the best plastic surgeon in SWFL. He listens to what you want, and executes to achieve your goal. He makes you feel comfortable. He and his staff truly care for you from the start until the finish. I couldn’t feel the injections for the botox, and it was a perfect end product. If I have any other issues that he can address, I will come to him without hesitation.

Arrived early and was taken back to a room early. Was not expecting that at all. All my questions were answered on top of not being placed in a gown until after all my questions were answered. I feel everyone in the office was kind, caring, and i was not rushed.

When I began my search, I was specifically looking for a surgeon skilled in implant exchange with smaller implants and a breast lift to complement my 5’1″ frame. Before meeting Dr. Baccarro, I consulted with another plastic surgeon who was candid about his hesitations, especially concerning promises on nipple placement. Dr. Gardner performed fat injections in my face around my mouth and the folds alongside of my face. I have allergic reactions to soft tissue fillers. It takes a longer time for the fat injections to take hold but after 7 days I have no bruising and minimal swelling. I look forward to the positive results I am sure to have.

The Doctor came rolling in on his stool and started poking and prodding before even asking me what I wanted. Very different than Dr. Walsh, who came in while I was fully clothed to ask what I was looking for, first. It was immediately a better first impression. I felt like he cared, instead of feeling like I was just a number. I was able to stay the night right there in their facility which was great too. Nurse Beth took care of me. She was amazing as well. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was, and how great I look. Even my belly button looks real, not like some of the weird ones I’ve seen at the beach. I am 3 months out from my 4th surgery with Dr. Gardner and if I didn’t think he was the most wonderful and talented plastic surgeon I wouldn’t have come back time after time. In the fall of 2017 he did both my arms to get rid of my “wings”. Both arms were done at the same time and it turned out fantastic. 3 months later he did a tummy tuck. This was not just a nip and tuck….I had a “roll” he removed and again I could not have asked for a better outcome. After a few months, we did a mini face life. This was done without the “knock you out anesthesia”, just some medication which made me not care what was going on. Well that lead to the surgery I am currently recovering from which was a thigh lift. Now everything I have read about thigh lifts say it is very painful as it effects everything you do. Well I am here to say that it was not painful…I only took 3 pain pills after this surgery and again he did both legs at the same time. Dr. Gardner’s staff are the greatest people to work with. They are always there to answer any questions or just to give you the reassurance you need just going through the process. I would recommend Dr. Gardner for anyone who is looking for a wonderfully skilled surgeon who treats every person who comes to his office as if he or she are the only patient he has.
