Front Office Lead (Patient Concierge)
The ideal Front Office Lead understands that exceptional care begins long before a procedure—it begins the moment a patient walks through the door.
This is not a traditional front desk role. You are the face of the practice and the standard-bearer for a refined, seamless patient experience. Every interaction—whether in person, on the phone, or over email—is handled with intention, discretion, and professionalism.
You anticipate needs before they’re spoken. You move with precision during busy moments. You create an environment where patients feel welcomed, confident, and completely taken care of.
In this role, you oversee the full front office experience. You guide patients through check-in and check-out, coordinate scheduling, manage inquiries, and ensure the daily flow of the practice runs effortlessly. You are as comfortable handling financial transactions as you are managing a full schedule and a busy phone line—all while maintaining a calm, polished presence.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced setting where excellence is the expectation, not the exception.
Familiarity with EMR systems is essential. Experience with Nextech and a background in plastic surgery or aesthetics is highly valued.
If you believe luxury is defined by consistency, attention to detail, and how people feel when they leave—not just when they arrive—you’ll feel at home here.
