Aaron Jacobs, M.D. is a board-eligible plastic surgeon specializing in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Trained to operate from head to toe, he has experience in breast and body contouring, facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, and complex wound reconstruction, including defects resulting from trauma, pressure injuries, and Mohs surgery.
Dr. Jacobs completed an Aesthetic Society–accredited aesthetic fellowship at Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery, where he spent an additional year refining advanced cosmetic surgery techniques and developing a personalized approach to aesthetic care. Prior to fellowship, he completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center and regional burn center in Pennsylvania. His training emphasized extensive operative experience and technical mastery across the full spectrum of plastic surgery.
During residency, Dr. Jacobs served as Chief Resident in his final year and received multiple awards for teaching and academic excellence. He was inducted into both the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. In addition, he has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented his work at regional and national conferences.
Originally from York, PA, Dr. Jacobs earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State University before obtaining his medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Jacobs has a longstanding passion for art and creativity, which continues to influence his approach to plastic surgery. His medical illustrations have been published in journals and textbooks. He also values fitness and wellness as important components of overall health and can often be found in the gym or running local trails. In his free time, he enjoys writing fiction and hopes to publish a novel in the future.
