Hi, I’m Dr Bonett and today we’re going to talk about armlift. Many patients see us with concerns for loose and sagging skin under their arm, whether it be from aging, major weight changes, or just genetics. In some cases you may be able to treat arm fat with liposuction, but often an arm lift is required. In minor cases, sometimes we can get away with what’s called a short scar, or a mini armlift, where the incision is hidden near the underarm area but in most cases it requires a full incision down the length of the arm nearly from the armpit to the Elbow but this is hidden on the inside of the arm and is not very easy to see in most cases.
In severe cases most often after massive weight loss it may even require an extended incision onto the chest wall regardless of what’s required our main goal is to give you a nice rejuvenated Contour of your arms and your chest wall if required.

Brachioplasty in Naples

Dr Gardner is the BEST!
I have been a patient of Dr. Gardners for many years. His ability to relate to his patients is a very calming and caring characteristic. He answers questions with patience and above all, no pressure. Dr. Gardner is simply masterful and a kind soul. He takes great pride in his work and has the experience and expertise to take initiative to achieve the best outcome for patients beyond expectation, often having to adapt to unexpected obstacles from patient history. Experiencing significant pain I went to see Dr. Gardner as a repeat patient, expecting a routine implant revision due to a failure of a fifteen year old reduction procedure. Instead, Dr. Gardner had to remove a significant growth and essentially rebuild the sins of the past into results that realistically were better than had ever presented in my youth, all with minimal incisions and recovery. This is the doctor you seek for exceptional cases and care – you are worth it. He is worthy. Special appreciation to his staff, all of whom genuinely take an interest and embody the values Dr. Gardner brings to the table.
